About the Founder
I am a qualified Professional Performance Coach trained at the UK's largest coaching academy. My coaching diploma is accredited by the International Coaching Federation and the CPD Standards Office. My passion lies in leadership, career transition and resilience coaching.

Prior to my coaching career, I spent fifteen years delivering large transformational programmes, improving processes and driving cross-functional collaboration across pharma and biotech. In that time I worked on AstraZeneca's Human Genome Project, work recognised with the company's own Scientific Breakthrough Award. At a government-funded life sciences organisation, I launched and ran a PMO overseeing a portfolio of programmes. Together these delivered more than 120 projects a year across multi-million-pound budgets. I also secured and led a £1.26 million Innovate UK programme researching biomarkers for motor neurone disease.Â

Everything I learned about reaching a goal, building real success and making sure my voice was heard, I now share directly with my clients.
I have coached and mentored more than a hundred professionals from the NHS, local governments, global pharmaceutical companies, technology firms and major enterprises.Â

What happens if I need to cancel my membership?
You can cancel your monthly membership at any time from your account settings. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
How do the live group sessions work?
Sessions are held twice a month via Zoom. They are interactive workshops and Q&A sessions designed to provide practical support. All sessions are recorded if you can't join live.
Who is the Academy designed for?
The Academy is for mid and senior professionals who are navigating redundancy, looking for a career change, or wanting to progress in their current leadership path.
What's the difference between Momentum and Accelerator?
Momentum offers full Academy access and group sessions. Accelerator includes all of those benefits plus a monthly 45-minute tailored 1-on-1 careers coaching session and priority access to new content.
Is there a minimum commitment period?
There is no minimum commitment for monthly plans. Annual plans are paid upfront for 12 months (offering 2 months free) and are non-refundable once the 14-day cooling off period ends.
